I first became interested in family history, when I decided to have a go at researching my own family tree, It was not long before I was hooked,  what started of as a hobby in my spare time, soon turned into a full time occupation, with friends asking me to research their  family history for them too.

Family history records can be found through census from 1841 -1911, and through birth/ marriage and death records. Pre 1837, Most births marriages and death were recorded and held  by the Parish churches. Birth certificates were not issued until 1837. It can be difficult to trace these records, and some have been lost or destroyed over the years. Many people would like to know who there ancestors were, but either don’t know where to start, or do not have the time. Here at family seeker, we will do all the research for you, then chart it for you, and it is something you can keep and pass down to your future generations.
