We will not use the information that we collect about you in any way other than to deal with you personally.

We collect information about you for two reasons only: firstly to process your order, and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. Information we will collect from you   is your full name, your parents full names, date of births and any other info that may help us in researching your tree.

• A copy of your order will be E-mailed to you when you place it.
• When we receive your order we will E-mail you a Confirmation that we have received .
• When the items you have ordered are dispatched we will inform you by E-mail.
• We will not E-mail you otherwise without your consent.
• Family Seeker will not pass your E-mail address to anyone else.

We will never collect information about you without your consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up-to-date. You can check the information we hold about you by E-mailing us at alison@Familyseeker.co.uk  If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly.
